Open the workspace

Open Projects from the main navigation. The sidebar also takes you to Clients and Library. The account panel at the bottom of the sidebar contains Settings and other account tools.

Use the sidebar to move between the places where work starts, gets reviewed, and gets delivered.

Projects

Projects is where a mix moves through review and delivery.

  1. Select Create Project to start a project.
  2. Select a project to open it.
  3. In the project, use Overview for project details and tracks. Use Review & Delivery for review status, approvals, and final delivery.

In Review & Delivery, select a track to see its current state, such as Draft, In review, Approved, or Delivered, and the next available action.

A project keeps its tracks and client workflow in one workspace.

Clients

Open Clients to manage client relationships, contacts, and the projects connected to them.

  1. Select New client to add a client.
  2. Select a client to open its workspace.
  3. From a client workspace, select New project to start a project with that client already selected.
A client workspace keeps projects, upload requests, and contacts together.

Library

Open Library to browse files and tracks.

  • Use Upload to choose Upload file.
  • Use New folder to organize files.
  • Open a track's action menu to choose Add to Project, Upload New Version, or Version History when those actions apply.

Double-click a track to open its track workspace. From there, you can play the track, compare versions, create a new version, or share it.

Library is the place to find the source file before you attach it to a project or upload a new version.

Review and delivery

Open a project and select Review & Delivery. The workflow shows the connected client, active contacts, track status, review history, and the next action. After the approved work is ready, use Prepare delivery to assemble the final delivery.

Review and delivery shows who is waiting, which version was approved, and what happens next.

Inbox

Open Inbox to see invitations, shared files, open feedback, and revisions that need your attention. The Pending actions panel shows work that still needs a response. Shared with me lists files other people have sent you, and Background tasks shows uploads and processing jobs.

Inbox brings shared files and review work into one queue.

Desktop sync

Open Desktop sync from the account panel when you want to manage watched folders and sync status in the Mixhaus desktop app. The browser page links to the desktop app without changing the current browser session or files.

Desktop sync is managed in the Mixhaus app, while this page keeps the handoff clear.

Select Search in the sidebar, or press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on other platforms. Search can find tracks by title, filename, or tags. Use the available filters for BPM, key, tags, ownership, privacy, and recency.

Select a result to start playback and open the file in its library location.

Search can narrow a large Library by title, filename, BPM, key, tags, ownership, privacy, and recency.

Settings

Select Settings in the account panel to open your account controls. The page includes profile details, billing, account data, appearance, notifications, support, trusted desktop devices, and the account deletion controls.

Account settings collect the controls that affect your Mixhaus account and this device.

For studio presentation controls, open Studio settings from the account panel. Overview, Brand, and Email templates live there.

Studio settings control the name and presentation clients see.

Docs

Select Docs in the account panel to open the help launcher without leaving your work. Use the sidebar to browse the workflow guides, or search for a specific action.

Docs keeps the next workflow step close by, with section links and search at the top.

Next step
